Writing :: Hawker Beechcraft global customer support newsletter

In 2012, I wrote newsletter copy for Hawker Beechcraft’s Global Customer Support newsletter. There were three issues of the publication, which is distributed to customers around the world via print and electronic formats.

I wrote the front-end of the publication — a mix that usually includes a customer feature, a message from the Global Customer Support senior vice president and information about new products/services offered to owners of Hawker and Beechcraft products. The second portion of the publication includes technical updates that technical marketing employees create. You can see the entire publication at http://flightpath.hawkerbeechcraft.com.
