In 2012, I wrote newsletter copy for Hawker Beechcraft’s Global Customer Support newsletter. There were three issues of the publication, which is distributed to customers around the world via print and electronic formats.
I wrote the front-end of the publication — a mix that usually includes a customer feature, a message from the Global Customer Support senior vice president and information about new products/services offered to owners of Hawker and Beechcraft products.
