Travel writing :: Yelp louder, I can’t hear you

I haven’t had a meal out without the help of Yelp in a long time — whether while traveling or even at new local spots.

My October column in Wichita Magazine discusses the fact that Wichitans are not yelping loud enough. How are visitors, new residents, our neighbors supposed to find the best places to shop and eat – from hole-in-the-walls to special occasion dining – if we don’t help make some noise?
